Evertown. A colourful, shrill, perpetually happy world, cured of sleep and ruled by efficiency and drive. Everyone has a function. Everyone? No - except for lethargic robot Rob. But that all changes when Rob is asked to sacrifice himself to save his much more useful robot brother, Max. Fearing for his life, Rob flees the city for the dangerous countryside, hoping to track down his dead inventor. For the tinny hero, the wild journey becomes a search for identity, humanity and life itself.
